Trip Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival Gorakhpur & transfer to Lumbini (135km / 3.5 hrs) & Sightseeing
Arrival at Gorkahpur train station in the morning, our representative will receive you in station and drive to Sunauli border (110 km, 2.5 hours). Clear immigration and transfer to Lumbini (25 km/45 min) at hotel. Check in and refresh then we will go for sightseeing tour of Lumbini. Lumbini is the birthplace of Lord Buddha which is situated in Rupandehi District of Southern Terai (lowland), at an altitude of 600 ft. above sea level. You will visit Buddha Maya Garden where you can see Ashoka Pillar, Pushkarni Pond, Stone Marks of Lord Buddha’s footprints, Sacred Garden, World Peace Flame. Then as per time permits, you can also enjoy visiting some other Buddhist monasteries built by different foreign countries like Chinese Temple, Korean Monastery, Thai Monastery etc. Overnight stay in Hotel.
Day 2: Drive, Lumbini to Chitwan (160 km, 4 hrs)
Optional Program: If you are interested you can visit today morning to Tilaurakot, Kapilvastu where you will explore the ruin kingdom of Prince Sidhartha’s palace on additional cost for transfer & guide).
Today morning take breakfast in the hotel and commence our further journey in Nepal heading to Chitwan (160 Km) and check in Hotel. Lunch in the hotel. In the late afternoon, you will walk to Tharu village to experience their lifestyle and culture and also you can enjoy sunset view from the beach of Rapti river. Overnight at Hotel/Lodge/Resort
Day 3: Jungle Safari Activities in Chitwan:
Morning after breakfast, you will go for River adventure by dug canoeing. During the canoeing, you can see many species of birds, alligators (the endanger species which are found only in Nepal and India), Crocodile. After finishing canoeing, you will walk through Jungle for an hour and reach to the Elephant breeding Center. We can see many baby elephants including a twin. After visiting Elephant breeding centre, we return back to hotel for lunch. After lunch rest for sometimes. Afternoon around 2 pr 3 pm you will go for elephant Safari. The Safari will last in the jungle for about 2 hours. You can see one horn Rhinos, deers, Impala, Sambar, and so many other mammals while on Safari.
Evening you will enjoy the Tharu Culture Program. Tharu are native people of Chitwan. Overnight at Resort / Lodge
Day 4: Drive, Chitwan to Pokhara (160 km / 5hrs)
After breakfast proceed driving towards Pokhara with beautiful scenic drive. The most famous enchanting tranquil valley offering natural beauty, living culture, deep gorges Greenery peaks, emerald lakes, snow clad peaks and picturesque village. Rest day at leisure, you can stroll around lakeside & city. Overnight at Hotel
Day 5: Pokhara Sightseeing tour
Early morning about 5am, drive to Sarangkot (the most popular tourist hill station) for sunset/sunrise view along with the magnificent Annapurna and Dhaulagiri Mountain range. After spending few moments here, you will drive back to the hotel, take breakfast and then proceed for other attraction sightseeing points in Pokhara: Bindabasini Temple, K.I Singh Bridge, David’s Fall, Gupteswor Mahadev Cave, Museum and Tal Barahi Temple with Boat ride on Fewa Lake. (Optional Extension Trip: If time permits and interested to visit World Peace Stupa at top hill of Fewa Lake, we can arrange the service at an additional cost for guide & transfer with hiking uphill for about 30 min after vehicle drop). Overnight at Hotel
Day 6: Drive, Pokhara-Kathmandu (210km / 6hrs)
After breakfast in the morning, we will proceed return journey to Kathmandu. Optional Temple Tour: If you wish you can vist to wish-fulfilling Goddess “Manakamana Temple” by cable car (cable car ticket fee should pay directly by clients). Upon arrival in Kathmandu, check in hotel & rest or shopping around the city on your own. Overnight at Hotel
Day 7: Kathmandu Sightseeing Tour
(Optional Tour: Early morning at 05.45am, transfer to domestic airport for an hour panoramic Everest flight. The flight departs from 06.30am (approximately) so the interested clients were requested to book your seats with us in advance day.
After Everest flight, return back to hotel and have breakfast, then proceed sightseeing activities in Kathmandu valley: Pashupatinath Temple (the Holiest Hindu shrine and the largest collection of temples in the Kathmandu valley alongside the bank of Baghmati River) and Bouddhanath stupa which is among the largest stupa in South Asia. Budhanilkantha Temple (the large finest stone sculpture of sleeping Lord Vishnu) & Kathmandu Durbar Square (the monuments of the historical Royal Palace and the Living Goddess Kumari Temple with more ancient temples.) Overnight at Hotel
Day 8: Kathmandu sightseeing Tour
After breakfast we will continue your sightseeing visit attractions: Swoyambhunath Stupa (the enlightened Buddha Stupa in the tophill with full glimpse view of Kathmandu valley, recognized by world heritage site and also called the Monkey Temple), And visit to Patan Durbar Square which is located at Lalitpur district (popular for the historical royal palace and the city of finest arts & architecture with masterpiece stone sculpture of Lord Krishna Temple) & Bhaktapur Durbar square (the most charming architectural attractions of the Valley with the ancient most popular historical Royal Palace). Overnight at Hotel
Day 9: Departure
The final day of your journey. Our representative will farewell you to the airport for your flight back to home.
