Janaki Temple
Janakpur was named after the King Janak of Mithila Empire and birth place Sita. She is daughter of the King Janak. According to the ancient history the King Janak announced that Sita could be married by whoever able to string the divine bow if Shiva though many royal princes was tried but only Lord Rama was successful and he won the hand of Sita (Janaki). It is lies in southern Nepal, from Kathmandu 224 km through B.P Highway, it takes 6-7 hours’ drive or 30 minutes flight from Kathmandu.

Trip Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu
A breathtaking Himalayan flight to Kathmandu is a thrill indeed. Upon arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA) in Kathmandu, you will be warmly greeted by our representative and s/he will escort you to your Hotel. After check in and refreshing, you will be briefed by your tour executive. Overnight at Hotel
Day 2: Kathmandu Sightseeing Tour
(Optional Tour: Early morning at 05.45am, transfer to domestic airport for an hour panoramic Everest flight. The flight departs from 06.30am (approximately) so the interested clients were requested to book your seats with us in advance day.
After Everest flight, return back to hotel and have breakfast, then proceed sightseeing activities in Kathmandu valley: Pashupatinath Temple (the Holiest Hindu shrine and the largest collection of temples in the Kathmandu valley alongside the bank of Baghmati River) and Bouddhanath stupa which is among the largest stupa in South Asia. Budhanilkantha Temple (the large finest stone sculpture of sleeping Lord Vishnu) & Kathmandu Durbar square (the monuments of the historical Royal Palace and the Living Goddess Kumari Temple with more ancient temples.) Day 3: Janakpur Sightseeing Tour
Morning after breakfast, you will transfer to airport for your flight to Janakpur. In Janakpur, our representative will receive you and transfer to hotel. After lunch, you will leave for sightseeing tour, visit Ram Janaki Temple, Janak Temple, Bibaha Mandap, Dhanusdham and Ganga Aarati Temple.. Overnight at Hotel
Day 4: Fly back to Kathmandu:
Wakeup leisurely and take breakfast in hotel. You have some time to spend in Janakpur in the morning. Then take flight back to Kathmandu. In the afternoon after refresh, you can visit Kathmandu Durbar Square (the historical palace and ancient temples) and follow by an hour shopping in the local market near durbar square and return to hotel. Overnight at Hotel
Day 5: Departure
The final day of your journey. Our representative will farewell you to the airport for your flight back to home.
